Orrin Omnifarious is the stage name and artistic outlet of W'hoorn musician Orrin Moonchild. Although listed on LUCENT as 'Blaster Folk', Orrin describes his musical style as 'Starbilly folk from the banks of the Siva River', with some thrashier starcore numbers and rousing ballads adding to the diversity of his repertoire.
He gained sector-wide fame in 954 A.E. and reached the top spot in the charts on the 20th of Milli 956 A.E. after performing his critically-acclaimed hit 'Leesa Ballad' to an impressive crowd at Lamentations, where he also spends much of his downtime.
Born in Vertenalith in 906 A.E. to prominent military leader parents, as an older teen Orrin voraciously campaigned against conscription and enforced militarization, amongst other political issues. He left Benu Wen in 925 A.E. when a devastating Ry'nari attack destroyed his home, and after a few years of displacement he left the Celestine Ascendancy officially in 932.
Orrin says of his factionless status:
"I'm not a faction guy […] I do my own thing [...] I believe in unitin', and helping each other out. I don't wanna have someone on my back if I help out someone who happens to have pledged their allegiance or whatever to some other place, and likewise I don't wanna be obligated to help out some corrupt flakker just because we're from the same faction, y'know? [...] that's my personal choice, not a judgement. Y'all always have my respect.

As well as being a full time musician, Orrin is co-founder and one of the two leaders of The Joy Company (AKA JoyCo), a charitable organisation run with Clover Moonchild. He is also director and operations manager of his own festival and concert promotion company Omnifarious Productions, as well as having recently set up a non-profit music mentoring project.

- Winferfest 946 A.E.
- This large open-air festival in Tosmar's Winterflame Amphitheater was the first major event organized by Orrin's company: Omnifarious Productions and was a huge success. He appeared with the backing of his full band of regular session musicians and debuted his catchy festive hit 'The Lonely Little Akbaz'. The festival bill also included: Talking Tukkav, K0NF3KTI0N, Nanocracy, The Glisal Synthphonic and Bottom Feeding Devilfish.

Fun Facts
- The star is rumored to have been a founding member of the mysterious and secretive Benu Wen Resistance Front, but this is pure speculation.
- Orrin was officially crowned 'King of Winterflame' on the 1st of Mega 947 A.E. by Tukkav official Guss Tremmin in a private feasting ceremony in Tosmar.
- He joined the Galactic Citizens' Ecological Preservation Society (GCEPS) very early on in its existence, and continues to be a member. The organisation was founded by Orrin's best friend and dynasty co-founder Clover Moonchild - now Guardian Envoy of the Celestine Ascendancy.
- Orrin is such a big fan of smoking leesa that his favourite color is purple and his ship is named 'A Leesa Life'.
- His BFF is Keiko T'rath of K0NF3KTI0N. The pair play most gigs together and have performed many duets.
- The leaf tattoos that cover Orrin's head, shoulders and arms are some kind of biomodification, changing color and animation based on his mood. He had them done to cover up the substantial burns he acquired in the fire that destroyed his family home in Vertenalith.
