The United Earth Alliance was the ruling organization of the planet Earth and the Human race. Upon coming in contact with the De'rem, it decided to accept their offer to "hide" the Earth from the Free Fleet. Before its disappearance, they transmitted one last message of regret for abandoning their colonies, but hope for the survival of the human race.
