Caliginous eagle

A roaming bird of prey native to Delphi, the homeworld of the Amaians, the caliginous eagle has a wingspan of up to several feet, and it soars over the [[Anemoi Desert] in search of fresh prey or suitable scavenge. While it does have fierce talons, they are not quite as large or physically powerful as other comparable eagle species, and the caliginous eagle uses its particularly barbed beak more as a result. It has dark gray to black feathers, which effectively capture and trap heat from the sun.
