Ship Tricks
You will learn some tricks and maneuvers designed to make your job easier, and hopefully flummox your enemies!
SKIP
Overload the skip drive on the ship, causing it to blink forwards by 10 tiles. There must be a clear spot at the target location. This maneuver incurs an 8 second cooldown.

FLYBY
Leapfrog around any obstacles, going up to 15 tiles forward. This ability incurs a 30 second cooldown.

REVERSETHRUST
By momentatily reversing the thrust of your engines, your ship can leap backwards depending on how fast the ship flies (a rate of 5 tiles per 25% of max speed). This incurs a 60 second cooldown.

REFLEXES
Fly the ship with inhuman reflexes! For a short while, you can avoid any damage that the ship would normally incur when passing through planetary rings and similar hazards.

180
Instantly turn the ship by 180 degrees. This maneuver incurs a 60 second cooldown.

OVERLOAD
You can now overload your skipdrive to a greater degree, allowing you to jump by up to 120su.
