Listed below are all of the classes of ship currently available to you in Starmourn. At first, you will only be able to purchase and buy an interceptor, but as you advance in captaincy levels you will gain the appropriate license to fly advanced classes of ship.

You will be able to fly:

• Interceptor-class ships from the start
• Corvette-class ships from captaincy level 3
• Freighters from captaincy level 12
• Destroyer-class ships from captaincy level 17
• Cruiser-class ships from captaincy level 27
• Superhaulers from captaincy level 32
• Battleships from captaincy level 37

To gain captaincy levels you will accrue experience by taking part in space activities such as mining and refining, fulfilling market orders and defeating enemies in incursions.
