Secreted from schools of cilhi native to Uycheon III, cilhi oil can be extracted and used as a drug; when administered via subdermal needles to slowly release into subcutaneous fat, it reacts with wetwiring, implants and nearby EM static to cause a jittery, tactile sensation throughout the body, as well as alternating waves of relaxation and sudden energy.
