Thrace

Thrace is a moon of Kellos, the homeworld of the Loroi, located within the Izaren star system. It is inhabited mostly by mercenary groups who operate on the moon's lawless surface to avoid Kellos's tax laws, though there are some colonists as well. These mercenary groups often masquerade as mining, shipping, or other semi-legitimate operations to avoid detection.
