Selakki

A four-meter-long fish native to Prugita, the selakki has been redesigned as a biological security system for the Prugita Breeding Colony on behalf of its Nabian masters. Selakki are typically outfitted with cybernetic enhancements to better track the movement of prey, which they tear to shreds with multiple rows of razor-sharp teeth. Preferring to hunt near the shore and in shallow waters, the serrated dorsal fin commonly juts out of the water's surface as it hunts, making its presence visible from the shoreline.

The miniature selakki is a genetically modified adaptation of the selakki intended to be less aggressive than the model used by Nabian slavers today, and while it resulted in mixed results, the resulting pocket-sized fish is still capable of removing fingers from unwise or overeager aquarists.
