Even the most ardent viewers of these movies don't have enough material to learn to speak English, so at best what people can do is quote phrases from it that very few other people will understand at all. No other Earth languages are known at all.  Further, nobody has any clue how to read/write English or any other Earth language.
Even the most ardent viewers of these movies don't have enough material to really learn to speak 20th century English (very different from English in 2274 when the Free Fleet took the prisoners), so at best some Humans can speak some broken 20th century English. There exists some reference materials for English from 2274, such as the holocording of [[Kemran James]] as part of the short-lived [[Terran History Project]].
