'''The Blasted Region''' is an area to the galactic north of the [[Starmourn Sector]]. It was here that [[Omega]] was ambushed by an unknown enemy fourteen million years ago. While this enemy was defeated, Omega was mortally wounded and was ended. Omega's [[Kith]] dissipated and was absorbed by the various [[Star|stars]] and [[Black Hole|black holes]] in the region. Unable to contain this vast, immeasurable power, the stars went supernova and the singularities collapsed releasing two new and unique forms of Kith: [[Star Kith]] and [[Void Kith]].
