Mukblud

Mukblud is a type of body painting whereby Krona paint their faces with a mixture of mud, drakkafly blood and a recently slain enemy's blood. Producing a slightly congealed brownish red paint that they decorate their faces, tusks, and upper body with.

The tradition goes all the way back to the Gunurashian dark ages where Krona constantly veered for leadership by shows of power. Some disputes were solved with a lesser bloodsport where the first to spill blood and successfully decorate their tusks with it was declared winner. Some were solved with a more severe form of the sport where they would completely kill off the opposition and wear the blood as decoration for two weeks.
