Jerzah is the homeworld of the Nath-el. It is located within the Faleon System within the Celestine Ascendancy, and its capital city is Narisiriz. It is known for its strict drug laws due to the Nath-el youth's propensity for addiction.

The planet is densely populated, with very little "wilderness" left. It has a warm and dry climate and brief winters in which the chief meteorological event is occasional rainfall. The dominant species of dangerous wildlife on the planet (besides the Nath-el themselves) began life as an invasive and carnivorous weed, and it has evolved into a vicious, semi-ambulatory predator with thorny vines in which to ensnare its prey and a highly acidic spray that weakens deep-muscle tissue. Known as Heik-il, they are not sentient, but are an aggravating pest in most cities on Jerzah. Heik-il tend to "grow" in less affluent areas.

Geologically, Jerzah has large, arid continents surrounded by deep, narrow oceans which are warmed by geothermic vents in the planet's oceanic crust. Populated primarily by Nath-el the cities are dense and crowded, as they tend to live packed together in "hives" or other communal dwellings which contain one or more large communities of Nath-el. There are Nath-el families or communities who cannot afford to live in hives, and must live in separate or extremely small dwellings - these citizens are considered unfortunate and not useful to society as a whole. Narisiriz, the capital city, is very 'built up' and has a large amount of hive buildings. Jelle, a coastal city, was devastated by a tsunami and is currently being rebuilt and looted in equal measure.
