The Urbanity of Hox is a reclaimed portion of Rama, the ruined homeworld of the Elder Race known as the Rek.
Located on the shores of the Shaadryan Sea, the former port town has become the capitol of the planet due to ready access to local terrestrial and aquatic resources. A Council serves the remnants of the race from the Rekkian Concenter.
