Chloroplast patches

Chloroplast patches, although they may sound trivial, were actually an incredibly important development that helped launch the Decheeran race into technological prominence. Before their existence, offworlders were unable to tolerate much time spent on Atria and conversely, Decheeran people struggled to exist offworld. They were developed around two thousand years ago buy a famous Decheeran chemist named Preston, who also invented Sunloft (which is now so important to the very existence of Song City). These two things are wholly credited with the advancement of the Decheeran race.
