Spectral eel

Vying with the needle-mouthed eel and canal eel for the household and commercial waste dumped into the canals of Litharge, the spectral eel thrives in its wastewater habitat. It is so thin-skinned and slender that it is mostly translucent, with bioluminescent blood that can be seen to pulse through its body as it twists and ripples through the clouded water.
