Holo-silk

Holo-silk is a super high-tech and waterproof backdrop material that can be set to impersonate any setting programmed by a mindsim-linked user.

It was developed by Ibix Manufacturing, in the Ibix Tower in Scatterhome's Bodean especially for the Ibix Publications Conglomerate, who publish many of the sector's most popular zines, though it is now used in many other industries as well, particularly in holovids and advertising.
