Whisper Dust is a combination of a hallucinogenic drug and an addictive stimulant that amps up your aggression levels. Within minutes you're hallucinating, and half an hour later the stimulant kicks in. Dustheads are often a danger both to themselves and others, as the combination of hallucinations and aggressive energy can turn the user into a crazy psychopath for the duration.
