The Ouran is the decennial meeting of the various Tukkav tribes. A time-honored tradition amongst the the nomadic people of Uycheon III, each tribe sends representatives to discuss matters of culture, politics, war, as well as to celebrate their civilization with toof circles and lapteth beer.
