A keiretsu is an outmoded collection of that worked together to exert incredible power and influence over the pre-revolution Celestine Ascendancy and beyond.
Twenty-three keiretsu existed at the time of the Angel's Revolution, and though they have long since collapsed, the harm wrought upon the people of the Ascendancy is still felt today.
