Cyborg leech orchid

Despite being hunted like an animal, the Cyborg leech orchid, native to the Bushraki colonised asteroid of New Dikamazi, is a weird hybrid of a giant, exotic plant and a robot. It grows on a stem not unlike a spine, jointed and flexible, a combination of metal and organic vegetable matter. Dark green leaves the size of pillows, veined with silver, sprout along the stem. At the top of the plant, a crumpled blossom grows, the long, tonguelike, assymetric petals colored in lurid shades of hamburger red, fiber optic filaments jutting from the freckled center. The plant's stem and leaves ooze with a bright green, saplike substance. The faint smell of rotting meat drifts from the nightmarish flower, and the plant shifts and moves slowly, but with predatory intent.
