Aegisphere

Aegispheres are giant shield generators with fixed weapons emplacements created by the Y'saari and Shen from scavenged Vyar technology. Like the voidgates they are designed to defend, they draw power from magnetars and can protect the gates and their power sources from virtually any attack.
