Mindsims are software that operate via implants and connect their users to the Commsphere. They act as personal data storage, connection to the commsphere, personal assistant, and perhaps most importantly, a back-up for an individual's memories and personality. Using quantum encryption, mindsims constantly save their user's memories and experiences to a d-vault which can be later downloaded into a clone body should he meet an untimely death.
