"Loodles" are an alternative form of noodle, usually made out of spiralized lim-fruit, thus the name. They are typically eaten by those who wish to avoid wheat noodles (or those who just really love lim-fruit). Their popularity has surged in recent years thanks to the rise of several popular low-carb diets.
With the popularity of loodles rising, the lim-fruit being native to Prugita has proven to be controversial, with people refusing to eat loodles that were made with Prugitan lim-fruit on the basis that they support the Nabian slave trade. Some farmers in other locales, particularly Scatterhome, have started growing lucrative lim-fruit crops for those who want to buy ethically sourced lim-fruit.
