Yalos
A dish of unknown origins, a yalo (plural yalos) is a folded and toasted white flour wrap served in a specially-shaped tray to prevent it from falling over. All sorts of fillings are stuffed into the bread, which helps to the diner to combine all of its ingredients into bites. Though convenient and tidy in theory, in practice the entire affair tends to be rather messy, much like tichos, which is assumed to share its origin.
As an OOC reference; this is just a soft-shelled taco.
