A dish of unknown origins, tichos is a plate of crisp chips of toasted flatbread topped with all sorts of ingredients, usually a minced or shredded protein, a cheese or sour cream, and a salsa of pomero, dahliano and allion. Much like yalos, the action of using the chips to scrape up the toppings seems to be intended to be more convenient and tidy than it ends up being.

As an OOC reference; this is just nachos.
