A small aquatic crustacean found off the Glittering Shores the rainbow shrimp gather in troupes of varying size. It has glassy filamentine whiskers, many tiny legs that kick constantly to tread water, and a fanlike tail for rapid propulsion. They demonstrate sexual dimorphism, with the females measuring up to eight centimeters each possessing a single strong color, including red, yellow, orange, green, blue, violet, and black, while the males tend to be smaller, several shades more dull than its mates.
They are docile by nature, and are considered by aquarists to be popular ornamental specimens for any aquarium.
