With a broad bovine body, the henizu of Suiko has evolved convergently to resemble the twin heads of the ubiquitous zhubeast, though they have no actual genetic connection. In an unusual display of body symmetry, the right head has a long curved horn on its right side, while the left head has an identical horn on its left, which can act independently to keep watch or defend the animal from predators. It has two alert pairs of leaf-shaped ears, and a set of widely-spaced eyes on each head. The body of the henizu is sturdy and muscular, with four hooved legs, two tufted tails, and a number of body protrusions that jut through its short fur to provide protection to important joints and vital organs.
