Orocaps are a compressed capsule of helium and helium-rich mold spore from Frixion VI. It produces a dizzying high, shortness of breath and then a low-intensity sense of disorientation/weightlessness. You pop the cap and snort it, allowing it to settle in the lungs where the spores quickly asphyxiate in the low-helium environment and disperse.
