Cargo Transfers, as the name implies, allow you to transfer cargo to another ship, or load it off one. The captain of the target ship must be present, and must AGREE to the connection. At any time, either captain can SHIP DISCONNECT to break the connection. Moving either ship breaks the connection as well.
