Arabelles are a medium-sized, cold-growing fruit from Uycheon III. Slender at the top, the fruit flares out to a fat, bulbous bottom, the smooth, thin and edible skin usually starting green but ripening to a cheerful reddish peach color that would look bright and festive against a snowy background. The flesh is pale and crisp, incredibly juicy when ripe, and similarly delicious raw and wonderful cooked. Often served baked with honey, nuts and spices at Winterflame, they are also used in baking, cider, graf, preserves and many more culinary delights for their sweet and aromatic flavor as well as their color.
