Zippa

Along with the gurkin, ```zippa``` is another food item that migrated into the Starmourn sector via human culture. This, though, is not a vegetable, but an actual cultural dish - one of the only ones that survived the seeming extinction of Earth. A flattened square, oval, or circle of dough is covered in a tangy, savory vegetable sauce with cheese and toppings melted over it. Very popular in Scatterhome. Often served by the slice.
