Giraacha spider

As bulky as a zhubeast when fully grown, the giraacha is a type of spider native to Chion that has been popularized in horror movies across the sector, featuring a mottled black and green carapace, eight densely-haired legs, a set of seven compound eyes and a thick pair of mandibles well-suited to biting and tearing into large prey. Like many hunting spiders, the giraacha does not spin webs, instead preferring to chase down prey on foot, digging muddy burrows in which it can lay its eggs.
