The Commsphere, aka the comm, is a decentralized interstellar communications network. Individuals can connect to this network by being implanted with a chip, and are provided a plethora of services via Mindsims, including interstellar communications, data storage and retrieval on D-vaults, and backing up an individuals memories and personality.
