Otra IV is the homeworld of the Corran, a world of frozen oceans and continents buried under snow and sleet. Corran cities are built along the rocky coastlines to provide access to the resources of the vast oceans and the stability of terra firma.
The Zamoroz Sea is known to be the site of the fishing town of Port Lednik the home of the outcast flotilla called the Sitik Slums. The Prokvost, a historic sailing ship, also roams the open sea here.
