Little is known about the characteristics of the Oteel except that they are an insectoid race who are evolutionary cousins of the Nath-el insofar as both of them are the result of the Cleax seeding Starmourn with their genetic material 900,000 years ago in the First Cleax Invasion, for unknown reasons.
