OOC Note: The Sahar System is not accessible to players, as it is the location of the newbie introduction questline.
The Sahar System is located in Neutral Space, and hosts only one colony of note; Dawning, a town of itinerant eccentrics, criminals (professional or otherwise) and passers-through.
