Native to Usum Usutti, the giant springer is a large herbivorous mammal that grazes in the grassy plains, using its powerful hind legs to bound away from predators with surprising grace and speed. To provide some measure of protection from strong winds, the giant springer uses its short forelegs to dig shallow depressions and raised mounds, which it can rest in to avoid being spotted at great distances by invasive predator species.
