The Great Vault

The Great Vault, said to have been constructed under the direction of Decheeran botanist and explorer Hwiniadis is a planetary treasure whose location is a racial secret known only to a few Decheeran. The Vault is filled with the genetic data and seeds for every known species of plant and animal on Atria, keeping it safe, should a planetary catastrophe occur that requires environmental restructuring. Some say Hwiniadis is still alive, living alone in the Great Vault to safeguard it until such a time that both the Decheeran and the Vault are needed by their race.
