Vai is a supermassive black hole in the Vai System, in the Syndicate subsector within the CS Quadrant.
It has two remaining planets that are in semi-stable orbit around the black hole named Sai and Daj. In several million years the planets will be pulled over the black hole's event horizon and be consumed by it. The Irill mined by the Y'saari-owned Khayrat Station comes from these planets.
