'''Halcyon Promenade''' is the largest of four mercantile and entertainment spires in [[Mir]], the capital city of the [[Nusriza|Nusrizan]] homeworld, [[Frixion VI]]. There are three locations worth mentioning:
- The Tajhan's Amphitheater is a public concert hall for music but also local (and vocal) competitions amongst Nusriza. 
- Ozone is a bar/club frequently visited by Nusriza and other citizens/visitors of Mir (think hookah bar with leesa) that has DJs play Nusrizan throat singing augmented with electronica. 
- The Cloudspout is a mall-like tower that contains numerous storefronts and businesses. These include: Oculus Unlimited and SensaTech (sensors); Madina's Sundries (a general/grocery store); Osquila Ordnances and Munition (weaponry); Azarra Fabrications (armor); House of Crezan (high-fashion atelier); Crazy Jerry's Darkstar Parcel Delivery; and The Salted Grub, a premiere restaurant that overlooks the entire Promenade.
