	A non-profit organization of environmentalists and animal welfare activists headquartered in [[Litharge]], the "Galactic Citizens' Ecological Preservation Society" was started in 924 A.E by [[Zephyr]] native [[Clover Moonchild]]. Clover left her home colony on [[Selubir]] at age 18 and had made her home in the [[Celestine Ascendancy]] by the age of 21, founding GCEPS on her own immediately thereafter.
