A shoaling fish native to [[Uycheon III]], cilhi are small marine fish that generate electrical energy and secrete a highly conductive [[Cilhi Oil|oil]] which they use to resist the effects of the extreme cold common to their native climes, and weaponize against prey, injecting a small amount of the oil with a bite before zapping the victim with an enhanced electrical discharge. A single bite may simply deliver a nasty sting, but when an entire school hunts the same target, the discharge can be enough to instantly cook flesh.
