Praviskar is a planet in the [[Inkke]] system with a population of 2.2 Billion, and is home to the [[Oescus]] race and their capitol city, [[Dhewa]]. Once home to a grand civilization of free people, the planet was taken over by an invading fleet of [[Bushraki]] and [[Humans]], and the native population now suffers under the yoke of slavery.
