Lyad V is a planet in the Lyad system where the five Trinarchs and Binarchs took refuge from the Ishvana originally. They were driven off it, however, after the Trinarchs attacked the Ibyssian Brotherhood to steal some kith artifacts, and the Brotherhood retaliated.
