Liao Harris was the Human commander who took over the Free Fleet in 98 A.E. Her rise to power - the fourth Human to lead the Fleet in a row, in an organization where they were a small minority - led to the mutiny by her second, the W'hoorn Sere Umox - who took about half the Fleet with her, and formed the Iron Corsairs.
